We’re inviting you to spend a few days in the peaceful and friendly Balatonszemes, the southern coast’s hidden gem. From taking strolls along the well-kept streets and green areas to taking a dip in the lake itself, you’re sure to find a relaxing activity. For those looking for a little adventure, cycling paths connect the town with other coastal areas and the apartment itself is right next to the docks, giving you the opportunity to explore the waters. Get to know the region and the lake by hopping on a boat to Tihany and experience for yourself all Balaton has to offer. Sail, hop on over to Lake Hévíz, discover all the restaurants and cafés the land has to offer!

Homely comfort just 100 meters from Lake Balaton

This 2+1 person apartment is fully furbished and equipped, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It consist of an American kitchen style living room, one bedroom, one bathroom complete with a shower, a separate toilet room and a covered balcony overlooking the lake itself. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room’s couch provides another potential sleeping opportunity. Two TVs also await so you don’t miss anything even while on vacation. The remote controlled shutters provide further comfort and the mosquito nets make sure no bugs bother you during your stay. Bedding, sheets, and towels are all provided!

Booking and cancellation conditions

Check-in/check-out conditions

Check-in is from 3pm on day of arrival and check-out is until 10am on the last day. Depending on the booking schedule, this can be flexible for an additional fee.

Please note that that check-in is until 6pm on day of arrival. If you’re arriving later than that, please get in contact.

Rules regarding pets

There are no pets allowed in the apartment.

General terms and conditions

Prices include VAT but do not include the tourist tax, which is 490 HUF/person/night for every adult 18 or older and to be paid on location.

Payment conditions

Payment conditions can depend on the price category. Please inquire about payment terms when booking. In general a 30% booking fee must be paid in advance

Cancellation conditions

Whitin 15 days before the start of holiday the booking fee, ( 30% a booking fee ) will be not refunded

Exceptions to this are waivers due to the covid situation. (cancellation within 15 days due to infection must be confirmed by an official PCR test, otherwise no booking fee will be refunded).
